Introducing Hedera Profiling 1: Our New Whitepaper Is Here

Announcement

September 3, 2026

We're excited to share something we've been working hard on: a new whitepaper on Hedera Profiling 1 (HP1), our 115-gene DNA-based NGS panel built for molecular profiling in oncology research using both ctDNA and FFPE input material (learn more).

Here's the short version of what's inside: HP1 was designed to make focused genomic profiling simpler. Instead of juggling multiple assays to catch different types of alterations, HP1 detects SNVs, InDels, CNAs, structural variants, gene fusions (straight from DNA, no separate RNA assay needed), and MSI, all in one streamlined workflow, on both FFPE and ctDNA research specimens. In the whitepaper, we walk through the thinking behind the panel's design, share some of our internal NSCLC evaluation data, and lay out exactly what HP1 covers.

We couldn't have gotten here without the partners and collaborators who worked alongside us on this. Thank you for the time, expertise, and trust you put into helping us bring HP1 to life. We're proud of what we built together and excited to finally share it.
